Board of Park Commissioners
Warren County Park District is governed by a three-member all-volunteer Board of Park Commissioners.
Park Commissioners are appointed by the Warren County Probate Judge and serve staggered three-year terms.

Park Commissioners oversee the policies, finances, and projects of the Park District, providing overall direction, big-picture leadership, and vision, enabling the Park District to effectively serve Warren County residents and visitors.

Matt Latham is the Park District's Chief Executive Officer, and manages the day-to-day operations of the Park District in accordance with the policies and strategic direction of the Board.
Together with Chief of Operations Larry Easterly, he coordinates a team of 12 full-time staff and 40+ part-time, intermittent, and seasonal team members, all of whom are passionate and dedicated to helping Warren County residents and visitors discover and experience the great outdoors.
Matt is a Landscape Architect with 25 years' experience, including over ten years working for park and recreation agencies. Before joining Warren County Park District, he served at MetroParks of Butler County as Director of Planning for seven years. Matt's personal mission is to connect people with great outdoor experiences.
