Join us for the 2024 Annual Report with April Hamlin & Kathie Bowers, Matt Latham will present on Strategic Planning, and the 2025 Election of Officers.
Following the meeting, we will have a special activity hosted by Shannon Pennington

We are currently seeking nominations for the Friends of Warren County Park District Executive Committee for 2025.
To be added to the ballot, include the position(s) you are interested in with your RSVP. Nominations are also accepted on the floor.
There shall be one vote per household or Corporation. All officers shall be elected by a majority of members present and voting.

The Executive Committee shall be a member and shall consist of no less than three (3) officers including President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Additional Executive Committee positions which may be elected or appointed include: an elected Vice President and/or appointed Standing Committee Chairpersons.
Duties of Officers:
President
- Preside over the affairs and activities of the organization.
- Represent the organization within the community.
- Advise and assist the officers in the performance of their duties.
- Preside over all meetings of the general membership and the executive committee.
Vice President
- Performs the duties of the President in his or her absence.
- Assist the President in the performance of his or her duties at the discretion of the President.
Secretary
- Assist the President in the performance of his or her duties.
- Keep minutes of all meetings of the general membership and the Executive Committee.
- Perform the duties of President in his or her absence if no Vice President is available.
Treasurer
- Provide a financial status report to the organization quarterly.
- Handle all monetary disbursements.
- Maintain all financial records.
- Provide for preparation of necessary tax forms.
- Provide necessary documents for an annual audit.
