Please take notice that the Board of Park Commissioners of Warren County Park District (“Park District”) shall offer for sale, by sealed bids, the real estate commonly known as Ivins Memorial Park, located at 1422 Phillips Road in Turtlecreek Township, Warren County, Ohio. The property consists of two parcels totaling approximately 1.5733 acres with no dwelling. The parcel numbers for the property are 1316100031 and 131610029.
Anyone interested in purchasing the property shall submit a sealed hardcopy bid to the Park District at 1223 North State Route 741, Lebanon, OH 45036 by January 9, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. local time. All bids must be submitted in accordance with Instructions to Bidders and on a Purchase and Sale Agreement subject to the terms and conditions contained therein as prepared by the Park District, copies of which can be obtained at the Warren County Park District Office located at the address above or on the Park District’s website at www.warrencountyparks.com and clicking on “About,” then “RFP/ RFQ/ Bid Opportunities.”
Late and/or electronic submissions will not be considered. The parcels will not be sold separately from one another. When evaluating each bid, the Park District will consider such matters as it deems appropriate, including without limitation, the amount of the purchase price and changes the purchaser makes to the Purchase and Sale Agreement, if any. The Park District reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all bids submitted and to waive any non-material irregularities in bidding.
